Product Reviews page customer feedback management-এর UI foundation। বর্তমানে reviews schema বা submission system নেই, তাই page empty state এবং future-ready table structure দেখায়।
এটি কী কাজে ব্যবহার হয়
- ভবিষ্যতে customer review list দেখার জায়গা হিসেবে।
- Product, Customer, Rating, Review, Status, Date এবং Actions column-এর structure প্রস্তুত রাখতে।
- Store trust ও feedback workflow পরিকল্পনা করতে।
কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন
- Products > Reviews খুলুন।
- Search box দিয়ে customer বা product name দিয়ে ভবিষ্যতে review খোঁজা যাবে।
- No Reviews Yet empty state দেখলে বুঝবেন এখনো review data নেই।
- Reviews চালু হলে table থেকে status/action manage করা হবে।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য
- বর্তমানে customer storefront থেকে review submit করার feature চালু নয়।
- এই page dashboard design consistency বজায় রাখে।
- Product CRUD-এর সাথে review logic যুক্ত করা হয়নি।
টিপস
- Review feature চালু হলে ভালো product photo ও description আগে ঠিক রাখুন।
- Support reply workflow future planning-এ রাখুন।
সাধারণ ভুল
- Empty review page দেখে product issue মনে করা।
- Review collection চালু না থাকলে customer feedback automatic আসবে না।
