এটি কী কাজে ব্যবহার হয়
- Company/store name, address, phone, email, website invoice-এ রাখতে।
- Invoice prefix ও starting number দিয়ে format preview দেখতে।
- Logo, footer note, thank you message এবং tax breakdown option রাখতে।
কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন
- Settings > Invoice খুলুন।
- Invoice Information card-এ company/store data দিন।
- Invoice Address Details rich text editor-এ address লিখুন।
- Invoice Numbering card-এ prefix ও starting number দিন।
- Tax/VAT এবং Invoice Options toggles set করে Save Invoice Settings চাপুন।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য
- Invoice number format preview readonly।
- Tax/VAT calculation checkout tax system নয়; invoice display setting হিসেবে প্রস্তুত।
- PDF invoice branding future feature।
টিপস
- Invoice prefix ছোট রাখুন, যেমন INV।
- Footer note-এ return policy বা support contact সংক্ষেপে দিন।
সাধারণ ভুল
- Starting invoice number বারবার বদলে duplicate numbering তৈরি করা।
- VAT number না থাকলে fake value দেয়া।
