এটি কী কাজে ব্যবহার হয়
- বর্তমান plan name, status, trial remaining, next billing date এবং billing cycle দেখতে।
- Products, Orders, Staff, Stores, Storage এবং AI Usage progress বুঝতে।
- Upgrade করার আগে limit ও feature compare করতে।
কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন
- Dashboard > Billing খুলুন।
- Current Plan card-এ plan status দেখুন।
- Usage card-এ current usage এবং plan limit দেখুন।
- Upgrade Plan card-এ monthly/yearly cycle switch করে plans compare করুন।
- Manual Payment section থেকে payment submit করতে পারেন।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য
- New store Starter plan trial subscription পেতে পারে যদি plan configured থাকে।
- Usage limit helper আছে; সব জায়গায় enforcement পুরোপুরি চালু নাও হতে পারে।
- Payment approval না হওয়া পর্যন্ত subscription pending/past due থাকতে পারে।
টিপস
- Trial শেষ হওয়ার আগে billing page দেখুন।
- Plan upgrade করার আগে product/order usage হিসাব করুন।
সাধারণ ভুল
- Manual payment submit করলেই subscription instantly active হবে ভাবা।
- Usage bar-কে exact billing invoice মনে করা।
